Timeline

Phase 1 (Rebuild)

In Phase 1 we’ll focus on rebuilding your foundational strength, regaining full knee range of motion, and eliminating stiffness so that you can start moving with confidence.

Phase 2 (Reactive)

Then in Phase 2, we’ll prepare you for running using high level strength development, technical work, and the introduction of plyometrics.

Phase 3 (Restore)

Finally, in Phase 3, we’ll build back towards a return to sport. You'll start running, and introducing agility work to get you ready for sports.
