1. Hockey Athlete Roadmap

Most players waste time on basic exercises that don’t prepare them for the real demands of hockey. That often leads to feeling slow, weak, or even getting injured.

We’ll build you a step-by-step training system that improves your strength, confidence, and movement skills so you can sprint, cut, and pivot safely at full speed.

2. Customised Planning

You won’t be following a generic plan. We design your programme to match the real demands of the sport not just general exercises.
Our focus is to get you ready for game speed, not just day-to-day activities. Every phase of your plan will move you closer to being fully match-ready.

You’ll have my full support every step of the way. I’ll check your progress, give you feedback on your training, and adjust your plan when needed.

How much support will I receive?

We provide support in multiple ways. Daily chat support ensures that you are always getting answers and check ins. We also provide weekly success calls with Henry, video reviews of sessions, and educational webinars from our team of experts (nutrition, psychology and physiotherapy).

How long is this programme?

This is a 3 month programme. This time frame ensures impact and sustainability of the programme. Clients typically remain on the programme for 6-12 months to ensure lasting results, and a season-long solution.

Do I need any specialist equipment?

No, we will build a programme that meets your needs. We've worked with clients accessing fully equipped gyms, and those training from home. However, gym access is ideal based on the key criteria that we need you to achieve.
