In phase 3, we’ll prepare for the repeat sprint demands of hockey with highly specific training sessions so you feel relentless on the pitch.

How much support will I receive?

We provide support in multiple ways. Daily chat support ensures that you are always getting answers and check ins. We also provide weekly success calls with Henry, video reviews of sessions, and educational webinars from our team of experts (nutrition, psychology and physiotherapy).

How long is this programme?

There is a 3 month minimum commitment to the programme. This time frame ensures a safe and effective return to sport. Clients typically remain on the programme for 6-12 months to ensure a complete return to sport with bulletproof confidence. As well as full aftercare once back playing.

Do I need any specialist equipment?

No, we will build a programme that meets your needs. We've worked with clients accessing fully equipped gyms, and those training from home. However, gym access is ideal based on the key criteria that we need you to achieve.
